Mills Market , Orlando’s most anticipated new food hall, is looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and create a welcoming atmosphere for locals and food lovers alike. As one of the first faces of Mills Market, you’ll help shape a unique community hub where great food, music, and good vibes come together.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, guest flow, cleanliness, and safety . Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing service team across multiple food concepts. Set the tone for hospitality by being hands-on, visible, and engaged with guests. Collaborate with vendors, chefs, and event managers to create seamless service . Solve problems quickly and creatively while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor .
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in FOH management in a high-volume or multi-concept setting. Natural leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences . Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment . Availability for nights, weekends, and special events .
