Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Kids Club Coordinator to join the Recreation Team!
Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and inroom dining.

What will I be doing?
As a Kids Club Coordinator, you would be responsible for supervising and assisting children participating in hotel activities, including arts and crafts and swimming. in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assist families with their needs and respond requests regarding different aspects of the programs
Supervisor child activities and safety protocols are being followed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kid’s club area; including emptying trash cans, cleaning kid’s activities and vacuuming floors
Creating monthly calendar of events and activities, and weekend craft tables on cabana lawns
Responsible for collecting payment including credit cards and cash payments
Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to security department
Provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests
