What we expect from you… Learn and communicate The Little Gym’s philosophy and programs Provide superior customer service and create “Wow” moments for members Handle sales calls, texts, and emails, responding to inquiries and enrolling new members Maintain accurate records, process payments, and update databases Interact with children and parents, give announcements, and build relationships Support the Leadership Team with administrative tasks as needed Maintain and update social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) You’d fit in here if… Have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Are outgoing, personable, and greet everyone with a smile Are detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus!)
