Position Overview:
This is a hands-on,multifaceted role ideal for someone who enjoys managing bothadministrative operations and accounting functions. You will play acentral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office,maintaining accurate financial records, and overseeing contractdocumentation. This position requires someone who is proactive,well-organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in afast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities OfficeOperations Oversee daily office logistics to maintain an organized,professional work environment Manage office supplies and coordinatewith vendors, service providers, and utility companies Organizeteam calendars, schedule internal meetings, and support companyevent planning Accounting & Finance Support Handle accounts payableand receivable , invoice tracking, and expense entry Assist withmonthly bank reconciliations and generation of financial reportsMaintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation Contract& Document Management Review and track real estate contracts, leaseagreements , and vendor contracts Maintain digital and physicalfiling systems for all contracts and transaction records Managesignature collection and ensure all required documents are completeand compliant Qualifications Prior experience in officeadministration, accounting , or bookkeeping roles Strongorganizational skills with a keen attention to detail Workingknowledge of accounting principles and tools like QuickBooks(preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with real estate operations or property management is aplus Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive informationdiscreetly Must be based in or willing to relocate to Winter Park,CO Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate withexperience Flexible schedule options Growth potential within asmall, tight-knit team Work in a scenic mountain community with ahealthy work-life balance If you’re a self-starter with a knack forboth numbers and office coordination-and you’re looking tocontribute meaningfully to a growing team-this is the perfectopportunity for you!
