Operations Administrator- $22/hr – Davenport, FL We are currently seeking a highly disciplined and driven individual to join our leadership team as an Operations Administrator , based in Davenport, Florida . This is an ideal role for someone with prior military experience who thrives under pressure and has a strong commitment to operational excellence in the security field. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and professionalism of our remote/in-house dispatch teams, as well as ensuring that the immediate needs of our clientele are met, ensuring a near-instantaeous response time. You must have extensive Microsoft office experience – Military experience is preffered and highly sought after as well.

Key Responsibilities:
Interview candidates for open security positions, both in-person and remotely Conduct routine and surprise site visits to assess health, safety, and operational compliance Evaluate the performance and professionalism of on-site security officers and supervisors Provide leadership, mentoring, and when needed, corrective action to underperforming teams Communicate effectively with both corporate management and site-level personnel Generate detailed reports regarding site conditions, employee performance, and recommended improvements Maintain a visible and professional presence at client sites and during all company-related travel Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent staffing or operational needs across multiple states
Candidate Requirements:
Military experience is required (active duty or veteran status) Proven ability to lead and manage teams in high-stakes or high-pressure environments Prior experience in the security, military, or law enforcement sectors preferred Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented during challenging or high-pressure situations Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach Willingness and readiness to travel nationwide with 24 hours’ notice, sometimes for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Competence in using communication tools, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, and reporting software Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
