Operations Lead Confidential 4401 Seaboard Road, Orlando, FL 32808 Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our dynamic team! In this key role, you will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure efficiency within our last mile delivery environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities Lead and Supervise:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and fulfillment of customer expectations.

Staff Management:

Manage, train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and job satisfaction.

Process Optimization:

Continuously review and improve operational procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Resource Management:

Manage and replenish tools and resources required for the delivery process.

Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Recruitment and onboarding:

Collaborate with recruiting teams and leverage technology to attract, hire and onboard top talent.

Performance Management:

Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews, utilizing employee scorecards to identify areas for growth.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in last mile delivery operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in administrative tasks and relevant software applications. Experience in training, development, and staff management Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating independent initiative. Knowledge of fleet and financial management is a plus. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
