Position Summary The District Manager role is a field leadership position responsible for overseeing 5-7 Popeyes restaurants. This leader is accountable for developing General Managers, fostering guest-focused culture, and executing brand and business priorities. The goal is to consistently elevate the guest experience, team engagement, and financial performance in alignment with our TICE values.

Key Responsibilities People Leadership :

Coach and develop General Managers to become strong leaders and role models for their teams.

Guest Experience :
