This leadership role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.:
Regional Director of Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing center to ensure quality care, compliance, and financial health.
- Monitor financial performance reports and implement corrective strategies as needed.
- Lead and support department heads, creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Foster strong community relationships to promote the center and support public relations initiatives.
- Uphold Solaris HealthCare’s mission, values, and commitment to dignity, respect, and exceptional care.
- Ensure full compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations and policies.
- Maintain on-call availability for emergency and operational needs.
Regional Director of Operations Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Florida.
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing centers.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and drive high levels of staff engagement.
- Solid understanding of financial management and strategic operations.
