What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Field Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in managing and executing EFCO’s most challenging field service projects. You’ll provide expert on-site instruction, support customer needs, and act as a vital liaison between our customers and internal teams. Your expertise will also contribute to developing best practices and training new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the erection and cycling of formwork on high-complexity projects (55%)
Troubleshoot and provide solutions in collaboration with district and corporate teams (10%)
Mentor and support field service staff, including hiring and performance development (10%)
Monitor and manage regional field service schedules and resource needs (10%)
Partner with Territory Managers to deliver pre-sale technical demonstrations (5%)
Review blueprints, pre-plan projects, and ensure equipment accuracy (5%)
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required (5%)
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
5-7 years’ experience as a foreman or superintendent on formwork projects
Blueprint reading and solid construction knowledge
Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 150 lbs and work at height
Willingness to travel extensively (2-4 nights per week)
Union carpenter experience is a plus
Bilingual proficiency a plus
