Job Summary Job Description:
Be the backbone of operational excellence! As Operations Manager at UCF, you will drive the daily execution of foodservice and event operations. You’ll work alongside senior leadership to ensure all functions run efficiently, teams are supported, and guests experience smooth, high-quality service throughout the venue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of operations or foodservice management experience Strong organizational and logistics coordination skills Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service compliance Proficiency with POS and inventory systems
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily service operations across assigned areas Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Train and schedule hourly staff for operational shifts Maintain safety and sanitation protocols at all times Track inventory, equipment, and operational supplies Collaborate with culinary, premium, and logistics teams for seamless execution Curious about Life at Levy?
