What You Bring:

4-7 years of experience in hotel convention services, catering, or operations. 2-4 years of senior-level leadership experience managing a team in a convention or event services role. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred. Prior experience with Delphi and working in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment is a plus. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a professional demeanor and appearance. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
