Greenlands Street, Saint Cloud, FL 34772 Job Overview As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining inventory control, and optimizing sales processes. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process Monitor market trends and adjust operations accordingly Provide leadership and guidance to the team Ensure excellent customer service standards are met Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Requirements Experience in wireless sales or related industry Proficient in phone etiquette and cash register operations Demonstrated ability in supervising and leading a team Strong background in inventory control and sales management Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidates Knowledge of market trends and adapting strategies accordingly Excellent time management skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Need Relevant experience ( EDTECH Platform)
