Duration:

2 month contract A leading organization is looking for a business operations coordinator to support their organization for the interim future. This coordinator will be responsible for overseeing their ticketing system, creating work orders, and following-up on requests. This requires organization and strong customer service skills. What you’ll be responsible for: Maintain an orderly system to track direct materials for the business Enter PO requests within the B.C. system to generate purchase orders. Constantly monitor the Facilities inbox and Vixxo portal to vet, qualify, and authorize work of the Facilities Maintenance Vendors. Enter all preventative maintenance contracts, as required by lease, and other vendor contacts in CoStar. Monitor response times and communicate with vendors to ensure quality work is performed within expected time frames. Manage all shipping and receiving, including UPS, FedEx, and any other shipments. This includes receiving and reshipping hearing aids and supplies inadvertently shipped to the Support Center. Assist IT with the shipping of equipment for new or terminated staff. Provide assistance to subtenants when needed. Communicate with landlords and property managers regarding any issues for which they are responsible, including roof access or required landlord approvals. Maintain the Property Manager spreadsheet in Teams.
