DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – LUXURY BEACHFRONT HOTEL EHS

Recruiting Company Delray Beach, FL 33483 We’re hiring a hands-on, polished Director of Operations to oversee all non-F&B departments , with a particular focus on strengthening Guest Services , including Front Office, Concierge, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping, and more.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2+ years as Director of Front Office in a luxury resort or hotel Has advanced into a Director of Operations or similar senior leadership role Deep operational understanding of Front Desk, Bell/Valet, Concierge, PBX Proven ability to develop people, improve service performance, and lead F&B experience not required or preferred
