Key Responsibilities Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and supervising staff; addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with policies.

Quality Control:

Oversee the cleaning and pressing process to maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Operations:

Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Financial Management:

Team with the owner to set the budget, manage accounts, and ensure profitability.

Safety:

Ensuring a safe working environment for employees, delivery drivers and customers by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the business’s performance. Have an eye on longer term goals to add and manage additional locations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of all dry cleaning equipment. Qualifications Proven experience managing a successful dry cleaning operation Stable work history, agreeable to background check Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction Math skills for handling transactions, POS, other daily operations Experience in cash handling and financial transactions Hands-on knowledge to coach, supervise and advance quality across all positions: spotters, pressers, delivery, customer service Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (required); bi-lingual is a plus (optional) Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Valid FL driver’s license Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods to perform job duties Must live within easy commute to Jupiter, FL location
