EXTERIOR ESTATE MANAGER FOR ESTATE IN WPB, FLORIDA Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Principal to lead a team of groundskeepers, and other household staff Create a positive work environment, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are consistently maintained Lead by example, actively engage in hands-on tasks, and working alongside the team Manage day-to-day estate exterior operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards Oversee event planning and coordination for various functions held at the residence Responsible for washing cars, using power washer on windows and stone, supporting the upkeep of the exterior of the estate with the Houseman and vendors

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting Hands-on management approach with a willingness to participate in physical tasks Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling various responsibilities simultaneously Previous experience in a concierge or front desk role at a renowned hotel group is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

West Palm Beach, FL Schedule:

Monday-Friday (hours will vary, and could be 10+ hours per day)

Salary:

$120k DOE with Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
