What We’re Looking For Ability to lead teams Capable of following and maintain and operational processes to a T. At least 2 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare management. Proven ability to lead teams , streamline operations, and implement policies that improve efficiency and service delivery Ability to use scheduling softwares such as ClearCare Knowledge and experience with caregiver scheduling Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A passion for senior care and community impact Onboarding of patients and Clients. Core Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home health care agency. Ensure adherence to state regulations, licensing requirements , and internal operational protocols. Supervise caregiver scheduling, service coordination , and staff assignments. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for clients, caregivers, and agency operations in accordance with legal and agency standards Partner with executive leadership to drive process improvements, policy development , and growth initiatives.
