Full-time | Flexible Hours | On-Call Availability Required About the Job We’re hiring a reliable and motivated Field Supervisor to help lead our janitorial teams in the field. This is a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground position that includes shift coverage, inspections, staff support, and training — all while working closely with ownership and our senior operations leader. If you’re bilingual, experienced in janitorial services, and ready to take the next step into leadership, this is a strong opportunity with room to grow. What You’ll Do Cover last-minute shift call-outs when needed Visit job sites for quality control inspections Train and support new cleaning staff Deliver supplies and help with specialty cleanings Respond to urgent issues and coordinate solutions Communicate directly with ownership and operations lead Perform and/or coordinate floor care and speciality floor care work What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish) Janitorial or cleaning field experience Comfortable working nights/weekends/on-call Leadership mindset — someone who takes initiative Valid license + reliable transportation What We Offer $18-$23/hr to start Paid holidays Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle Growth into a full Operations Manager role
