Full-Time | Salaried + Bonus Potential Join a growth-focused wellness and aesthetics brand as a high-impact leader with the potential to scale. 4Ever Young is seeking a dynamic, operations-driven Center Manager with the leadership ability, business acumen, and sales mindset to ultimately step into a Regional Manager role. You’ll begin by leading one of our corporate-owned Centers in Florida while being trained across multiple locations — and, based on performance, you’ll grow into a multi-site leadership role within 6-12 months. What You’ll Do (Phase 1: Onboarding & Mastery) Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume aesthetics and wellness Center. Drive membership sales, treatment plan conversions, and rebooking KPIs. Manage and coach front-of-house and provider teams to consistently high performance. Maintain inventory, staffing, payroll compliance, and brand standards. Collaborate with corporate leaders and cross-train at multiple 4EY Centers (approx. 70% based in FL, 30% travel). Phase 2: Grow Into Regional Oversight of Corporate-Owned Centers (Post-Mastery) Oversee 3+ Centers in the South Florida region. Coach and support Center Managers in performance, sales execution, and team accountability. Help elevate underperforming locations by applying what you’ve mastered. Work directly with senior operations and leadership team members to scale best practices.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience managing a medspa, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics business. Proven track record of hitting monthly sales, rebooking, or service revenue goals. Confident leader of teams – knows how to motivate, coach, and hold accountable.
Highly operational:
comfortable with scheduling, payroll, KPIs, and front-line service. Comfortable leading from the floor (not the back office).
Business literacy:
understands how labor and inventory impact margin.
Bonus:
Exposure to HRT, IV therapy, injectables, or aesthetics protocols is a plus.
