Implement and enforce HACCP and other food safety protocols, ensuring full complianc wieth all regulations. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Collaborate closely with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, yield, and waste.
