Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations across all departments of our organization.
- Utilize data analysis such as KPI’s to measure productivity and identify areas for optimization.
- Analyze and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Write and enforce SOP’s, ensuring smooth, streamlined efficient systems and workflow.
- Implement and improve effective strategies and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company.
- Ensure that operations follow industry best practices and are aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure that operational processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Lead and manage large-scale operational projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Identify risks associated with major projects and proactively address any changes in scope, timeline, or resources.
- Ensure the effective allocation and utilization of resources (staff, equipment, inventory, etc.) to meet operational goals.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Research and evaluate new operational technologies, trends, and best practices that could drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead the response to crises or disruptions (e.g., supply chain interruptions, production delays), quickly developing contingency plans and recovery strategies.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture by setting clear goals (e.g., SMART goals/OKRs), managing team performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Provide executive-level reports on operational performance, challenges, opportunities, and results achieved against targets.
- Report directly to the COO of the company, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management.
Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, showcasing your expertise and leadership abilities. Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred), career development, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth.
