Job Overview Botanica is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Trainer to lead and grow our operations in South Florida. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant career advancement potential, contingent on performance and the success of our expansion strategy in the region. We’re looking for an operations leader with a strong background in landscaping services, a passion for excellence, and a talent for driving growth through operational efficiency, strategic planning, and team development. Key Responsibilities The initial focus of this role will be to lead and enhance maintenance operations in West Palm Beach , playing a critical part in Botanica’s South Florida growth initiative. Leadership & Strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to improve organizational structure, efficiency, safety, and service quality. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to support regional growth. Drive business performance through the achievement of key financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement targets. Operations Management Oversee and streamline all maintenance operations, including crew deployment, vehicle and equipment utilization, and job site execution. Develop and manage maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement sustainable corrective actions. Team & Culture Development Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing field and management team. Ensure proper training, readiness, and compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Equipment & Fleet Oversight Manage the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of landscaping equipment and vehicles. Utilize technology to monitor fleet operations, ensuring safety and efficiency of use. Ensure all equipment operators are trained and compliant with safety protocols. DVIR Integration & Back Office Support Support the growth and integration of newly acquired businesses in the region. Work with the MPG integration team to develop scalable systems and document improved processes. Performance & Safety Monitoring Establish and track KPIs to monitor maintenance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper PPE usage and general workplace safety standards. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in landscaping operations or a related field. Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and strong training experience Experience in scaling business operations, preferably through acquisitions or rapid growth. Strong understanding of equipment, fleet, and maintenance management. Bilingual Spanish Knowledge of Aspire Strong understanding Human Resources processes Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
