Resort F&B Operations Lead Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa 2842 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach, FL 33480 Drive Performance, Lead Service Culture, and Deliver Excellence at a Luxury Palm Beach Resort About the Role Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa is an oceanfront boutique resort in Palm Beach, recognized for its elevated dining and bespoke guest experiences. We are seeking a Resort F&B Operations Lead to manage and optimize the daily operations of our full-service food and beverage program including Brandon’s Palm Beach, Mizu Sushi Bar, in-room dining, the bar and lounge, and banquet and private event services. This role demands a leader equally focused on operational excellence and service distinction. You will drive efficiency, labor productivity, scheduling accuracy, cost control, and financial performance, ensuring all outlets run smoothly and profitably while meeting brand standards. At the same time, you will be responsible for developing and reinforcing five-star service behaviors, coaching teams to deliver warm, intuitive, and detail-driven hospitality consistent with Tideline’s luxury identity. The successful candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for both guest experience and operational metrics, and knows how to translate vision into action on the floor every day. Core Responsibilities Full-Spectrum F&B Oversight Lead daily operations across all dining outlets including Brandon’s Palm Beach, Mizu Sushi Bar, in-room dining, the lounge and bar, and catered events Ensure consistent quality of service, food, and beverage offerings aligned with the resort’s luxury standards Monitor staffing, service flow, table coverage, and guest pacing to maximize both guest satisfaction and operational output Banquets and Private Events Oversee execution of weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings Collaborate with Events and Culinary teams to manage timelines, staffing, service delivery, and guest touchpoints Ensure every event is executed at a standard that exceeds client expectations Team Leadership and Service Culture Manage and coach front and back-of-house food and beverage staff including servers, bartenders, banquet staff, and in-room dining attendants Foster a performance-based service culture grounded in hospitality, attention to detail, and personal accountability Maintain hands-on leadership presence during peak periods and events Guest Experience and Issue Resolution Act as a key point of contact for food and beverage guests, responding to feedback and resolving issues in real time Guide service teams in delivering personalized and consistent luxury guest experiences Identify moments of service recovery or guest engagement that elevate the brand Operational and Financial Execution Oversee staff scheduling and labor efficiency in line with occupancy and business demand Support departmental budgeting, P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost control Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while identifying areas of savings and revenue generation Conduct walkthroughs and operational audits to ensure readiness and consistency Collaboration and Innovation Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, promotional concepts, and banquet offerings Collaborate with Sales and Events on group packages, planning, and execution Work with Marketing to highlight food and beverage promotions and experiences Compliance and Quality Control Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant operation across all food and beverage outlets Conduct regular inspections and ensure readiness for health department reviews and corporate brand audits What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hotel or resort food and beverage operations Track record of managing restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet teams at a luxury or lifestyle property Strong understanding of service standards, team training, guest engagement, and hospitality systems Experience with budgeting, labor management, P&L analysis, and inventory control Familiarity with POS systems, BEOs, and health and safety standards Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred What Success Looks Like Well-run food and beverage outlets with minimal service issues and strong team performance High guest satisfaction and review scores across all dining and event experiences Labor and cost metrics aligned with department budget and revenue targets Events and group dining that are flawlessly executed from planning to departure Strong staff retention and consistent adherence to brand service expectations Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage between $25 and $30 per hour depending on experience Eligible to participate in gratuities or service charges associated with banquet and event services Full-time status with medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and resort employee perks Join Our Team If you are an operationally focused leader who takes pride in luxury service, strong execution, and team performance, we invite you to join Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa and help shape the next chapter of elevated hospitality in Palm Beach.
