  • Under general direction with a high level of autonomy, the Advisor Engagement & Strategy Coordinator will oversee our advisor engagement initiatives, coordinate impactful events, and maintain data analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who is a strong multi-tasker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator. The Advisor Engagement & Strategy Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing advisor experiences, optimizing team workflows, and delivering insights that shape our engagement strategies.

  • Advisor Engagement Strategy
  • + Develop and execute strategies to educate and inform advisors via in-person and virtual events + Serve as a liaison with Marketing to ensure alignment of goals and communication + Create and manage engagement plans tailored to advisor target audiences and business objectives + Assist with presentation creation to ensure messaging and brand consistency
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • + Plan and execute advisor-focused events including webinars, regional roadshows, and conferences + Coordinate event participation for events hosted by other RJ departments + Manage event logistics, fund manager participation, and promotional tactics
  • Team Organization & Support
  • + Act as a central point of coordination for regional teams involved in advisor engagement + Maintain team calendar, project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across stakeholders + Support internal communications and documentation to streamline team operations
  • Data Collection & Analysis
  • + Capture and maintain advisor engagement data analytics associated with virtual and in-person events + Analyze advisor engagement metrics to identify sales impact and growth opportunities + Assist with target audience list creation and quarterly reporting metrics
  • Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field + Minimum 5 years of experience in engagement strategy, event planning, or project coordination + Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills + Work independently, as well as in a team environment + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Incite enthusiasm and influence, motivate and persuade others to achieve desired + outcomes •
