Full Job Description Director of Kitchen Operations Collaborating Team:

Collaborates with Director Team, Manager Team + Trainers Provides Leadership to: Entire team

Key Expectations/Ownership:

LEAD BOH

operational excellence: ownership of all operational success and strategies, from successful throughput to max productivity.

Food Safety:

Ensure compliance with maintaining Elite food safety status. Food Quality; Ownership of “food quality” metrics to maintain Top 20% results. Support inventory management. Support Financial Director in stewardship of food cost overall to meet metric goals. Support in inventory management when needed.

Ownership of:

Par levels, food waste management and prep allocations Cultivate a culture of cleanliness and organization in BOH. Support facilities in the care, maintenance and cleaning of our machines, coolers and low boys. Support effective training and evaluations of the entire BOH team and leaders.
