QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior living, hotel or similar work preferred. Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience. EPA universal certification HVAC Certified Ability to use a ticketing system. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers. Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Work Schedule:

Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day
