The Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to achieve production goals. Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and performance. Monitor production schedules and workflows, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing demands. Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing operations. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to promote a collaborative work environment. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5of experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior management experience preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management. Proficiency in relevant software applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
