Your Daily Contributions:

Utilize your extensive 4-10+ years in CNC Swiss Lathes (5+ axis) to expertly set up and manage operations. Use your prowess in G-Code and M-Code to run machine processes smoothly. Implement and perfect production run setups for maximum efficiency and precision. Handle and maintain advanced CNC Swiss lathes. Spearhead maintenance and troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime. Partner with production and engineering teams to drive process improvements. Maintain adherence to safety standards while fostering an organized workplace. Ensure final product quality through meticulous inspections and adjustments.

Your Expertise:

Seasoned CNC Machinist with a comprehensive understanding of CNC tooling. Experience in G-Code and M-Code programming is essential. Proficient in working with 5+ axis CNC lathes. Familiar with machines from Star, Citizen, and Tsugami. High attention to detail ensuring superior quality work output. Ability to decipher technical blueprints and properties.
