Clubhouse Staff Hospitality Capital Management Davenport, FL 33897 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House and Tiki Bar Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a seamless experience during their visit. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various front-of-house operations effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their experience. Manage ticket sales and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency. Assist in organizing and coordinating events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Communicate effectively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any conflicts that may arise. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Provide support during special clubhouse events. Engage with children and families in a friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience at our venue. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Previous experience in food service and bartending is a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
