AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hiring and training to provide excellent service to patrons Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with company and local policies Planning and taking part in promotional events
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role preferred Familiarity with restaurant management software Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
