Position Summary Looking for an Operations Leader, recent college grad, and someone looking to work hard and grow teams. Position will be traveling to help grow different markets, train, drive revenue, and have fun! ShotVet is seeking a motivated and organized Field Supervisor to oversee and support our mobile veterinary clinic teams. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and the highest standards of customer and pet care in the field. You’ll work closely with our field staff, veterinarians, and support teams to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and uphold ShotVet’s mission to provide exceptional pet care. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of mobile clinic teams across assigned territory Provide leadership, support, and coaching to field staff Ensure compliance with company protocols, safety standards, and customer service policies Oversee clinic setup, breakdown, and inventory logistics Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and veterinary teams to resolve field-related issues Train new field staff and ensure consistent onboarding experiences Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational and service quality Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within region Passion for animals and commitment to compassionate care Why Join ShotVet?
