Job Overview:

As a Regional Director at Jalaram Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple hotels within a designated region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, strong operational acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and uphold the brand standards across all properties in the region.
• Lead and mentor hotel General Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Oversee operational functions including rooms, food and beverage, sales, engineering, and other key areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the region.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
• Expertise in operations management, strategic planning, process improvement, and project management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
• Experience in business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams towards common goals.
