Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage phone systems effectively, including handling reservations and providing information about hotel services. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Foster positive guest relations by being approachable and responsive to feedback. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Background in hospitality management is advantageous for effective team leadership. Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.
