Responsibilities:

Billing Management Medical Billing for behavioral health (Medicaid and Commercial Insurance) School Tuition Third Party Clients Payroll coordination and management Execute payroll for company employees and contractors Manage pay for performance systems (Bonusly) Coaching platform oversight Essential functions for Hiring & Onboarding Post Job Descriptions and Conduct first interviews Manage Newsletters and stakeholder messages on the website Credentialing of new or newly certified team members with in-network payers Maintain company’s good standing with In-Network payers

Qualifications & Skills:
