We are seeking a diligent Crew Travel Management Specialist to create and streamline crew transportation logistics for our organization.

What You’ll Do:

Crew Rotation Travel Management Develop and implement comprehensive processes for seamless crew travel logistics
Handle complex crew movements to global destinations with precision
Coordinate commercial flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation
Ensure cost-effective and efficient crew transportation strategies Training and System Expertise Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on crew travel management
Provide in-depth training on AIMS crew scheduling tools and TMC systems
Create detailed training materials and documentation to support continuous team development
Enhance team capabilities through targeted learning interventions Process Optimization Design and implement operational policies for TMC operations
Develop procedures to reduce operational costs while maintaining service excellence
Create strategic recommendations for end-to-end booking processes
Optimize booking workflows for commercial and charter flights, ground transport, and accommodations Analytical and Strategic Support Conduct comprehensive analysis of booking processes
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Develop strategic recommendations to enhance Travel Consultant efficiency
Handle hotel block allocation to enhance utilization and control costs bulleted content

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in crew travel management, logistics, and airlines
Advanced proficiency in AIMS crew scheduling tools
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and training delivery skills
Confirmed ability to develop comprehensive training materials
Experience in procedure design and implementation
Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailed content Location Florida, United States The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $52,000 to $95,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
