We are based out of Texas and several solar farms throughout the State of Florida. Since there is a lot of territory to cover, this will be traveling position. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams, improving processes, and contributing to business development initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
