Business Operations Manager Universal Smiles Dentistry 2102 South Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, FL 32141 Summary As an Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in driving organizational efficiency and strategic growth. Reporting to senior management, you will leverage your core skills in management, strategic planning, and leadership to oversee daily operations and guide your team. Your expertise in profit and loss management, business development, and project management will be essential in optimizing processes and enhancing overall performance. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective supervision, you will contribute significantly to the organization’s success and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve processes. Manage profit and loss statements to optimize financial performance. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Supervise project management initiatives to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Identify opportunities for business development and enhance sales strategies. Problem-Solving:

Financial Knowledge:
Quickbooks experience a must to maintain the accounting. Excel Spreadsheets to see the trends, graphs of financial data.
Dental Terminology:
familiarity of dental terminology of procedures and CDT codes for billing and accounting procedures.
