Key Responsibilities:

Operational Planning:
Plan and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling crane services, managing equipment, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
Safety Management:
Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and conducting regular safety inspections.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of cranes and related equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
Customer Satisfaction:
Manage customer relationships, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided and addressing any issues promptly.
Budget Management:
Monitor and manage operational budgets to control costs and ensure profitability.
Performance Improvement:
Identify areas for operational improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment, and safety inspections.
Communication:
