At RBW Logistics, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive excellence across every touchpoint—from people to processes to performance. What You’ll Do As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume, multi-client 3PL warehouse supporting both B2B and D2C fulfillment. You’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure we deliver exceptional service and results—every time. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee end-to-end warehouse functions: receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, returns, kitting, and value-added services. Balance the needs of B2B (LTL/FTL) and B2C (eCommerce small parcel) operations, ensuring compliance with retail and EDI requirements. Optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability—leveraging data, WMS tools, and automation. Maintain inventory accuracy through proactive cycle counts and root cause analysis. Collaborate with transportation teams to meet carrier cutoffs and delivery SLAs. Lead new client onboarding and ensure seamless go-live execution. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, leads, and associates across multiple shifts. Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop labor plans that align with volume forecasts and cost targets. Client Engagement Act as the primary operational contact for key accounts—handling escalations, reporting, and service reviews. Monitor and report on client-specific KPIs (DIFOT, inventory accuracy, same-day shipping, etc.). Support QBRs with insights, trends, and action plans. Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies and lead LEAN initiatives (5S, standard work, RCA, etc.). Partner with engineering and IT to implement WMS enhancements and automation solutions. Reporting & Compliance Track and report on KPIs, labor utilization, and cost-to-serve metrics. Ensure compliance with

OSHA, FDA

(if applicable), and client audit standards. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL and multi-client setting. Experience managing both B2B and eCommerce fulfillment models. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing 30+ team members.
