Take 5 Oil Change is looking for a highly motivated and skilled District Operations Manager to join our team. This role will work directly under the leadership of the Regional Manager, focusing on operational excellence within our district. The ideal candidate will leverage data and KPI reports to drive training initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and boost sales across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize weekly data reports and KPIs to assess operations performance and identify areas for improvement within the district.
Analyze trends, specifically focusing on negative performance indicators, and develop strategies to address these issues promptly.
Training & Development:
Implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, driving sales, and improving customer service. Coach store managers and team members on best practices, operational standards, and sales techniques.
Sales Optimization:
Work collaboratively with store teams to develop and execute plans that drive sales growth and operational efficiency. Conduct regular field visits to observe operations and ensure alignment with Take 5 Oil Change’s standards.
KPI Management:
Monitor KPIs to ensure all locations within the district meet or exceed performance expectations. Make necessary adjustments in the field based on data insights to improve labor control and operational effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between store teams and upper management to promote a cohesive working environment. Serve as a liaison to provide feedback and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices among locations.
Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies while implementing solutions that improve profitability.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
