This role requires strong leadership, in-home project oversight, and a passion for building systems that deliver high-quality results and great customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be organized, field-savvy, and excited to grow with a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities Manage daily job operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness across all projects Oversee and support two direct reports (Project Coordinator and Project Administrator) Visit homes and job sites to provide hands-on oversight, quality control, and issue resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and field technicians Track job progress and maintain visibility into all active work Ensure scheduling, documentation, and internal communication are organized and reliable Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations Collaborate with leadership to define roles and structure as the department scales Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability across field and admin teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal service expectations Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in construction, home services, or field-based project management Demonstrated success in leading teams and coordinating multi-trade projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Comfortable working in both office and in-home job site environments Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities Proficient in project management tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field a plus Become part of a growing company that values integrity, teamwork, and a relentless focus on quality.
