We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and help us deliver stunning events with style, heart, and precision. At Beachview, we specialize in event rentals — from elegant weddings to over-the-top celebrations. What you’ll do: Logistics & Scheduling Plan and coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for events. Assign trucks and crews to jobs based on efficiency and availability. Team Leadership Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and setup crews. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed. Maintain a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. Inventory & Equipment Management Oversee inventory tracking systems; ensure accurate counts of all rental items. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all items are clean, safe, and event ready. Manage repairs, replacements, and ordering of new equipment. Clinet Coordination & Support Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand client needs. Ensure setups meet client specifications and timelines. Handle operational issues or last-minute changes with professionalism. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Monitor KPIs related to delivery time, inventory accuracy, and crew productivity. Compliance & Safety Ensure operations comply with all safety, transportation, and labor regulations. Conduct regular safety trainings and inspections.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
