Key Responsibilities The Membership Growth Operations Director drives operational strategy and process improvement to accelerate membership growth. This includes optimizing outreach and conversion tactics, leveraging data to inform decisions, and implementing performance accountability measures. This role is pivotal in aligning strategy, data, and execution to drive sustainable membership growth and team effectiveness. You are a key resource in unlocking membership growth. Lead cross-functional coaching and mentorship initiatives to improve associate performance and prospect handling. Collaborate with Sales Directors and Group Leaders to grow and retain memberships across enterprise accounts. Oversee the pre-referral pipeline strategy, driving top-of-funnel optimization and generating high-quality referral opportunities. Support post-referral processes to ensure efficient pipeline management and maximize conversion rates. Own daily operations of the Salesforce referral system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. Partner with Finance/HR on commission structures and membership development metrics, including backout strategies. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service investments align with budget and value goals. Continuously improve prospect flow and communication between internal teams, including structured follow-ups and referral research execution. Key requirements

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across systems, processes, and performance metrics.

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, delivering clear, high-impact communication with executive presence.

Adaptive and Solutions-Oriented Mindset:

A flexible, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to wear many hats and pivot quickly as priorities evolve.

End-to-End Project Ownership:

Strong project management skills with a focus on driving initiatives from concept through execution, including vendor oversight and system optimization.

Qualifications:
Advanced Degree Preferred :

Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred, demonstrating advanced business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.

CRM Expertise:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, with a focus on data integrity, pipeline optimization, and operational efficiency.

Data Fluency:
