Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Recruiting Relationship/Partnership Development Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Supervision of 35+ porter full time employee; monitoring sign-in and sign-out of workers/maintaining time logs; training and orientation for new community service workers, and enforcing rules and regulations Applied in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical issues with assurance that the facility remains operational with contingency plans for unexpected events Building and maintaining relationships and communication with facility executives and supervisors Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements as specified by the contract or special assignments requested by the customer. Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of labor and expense. Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper cleaning methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations. Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees for proper methods for recycling and disposing of waste. Process weekly payroll and ensure payroll is submitted in accordance with wage and payment regulations. Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel. Determines materials, supplies, and equipment needs. Perform other duties as assigned. High School graduate or equivalent. Bilingual Candidates are a must. Strong Marketing, Recruiting, and engagement skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Previous supervisory experience required.
