Mechanical Operations Manager

Job Duties:

Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations
Recruit and hire personnel
Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
Oversee implementation of field service tools
Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed Oversee communication between Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff

Desired Qualifications:

3+years of experience as a manager ( Commercial, Residential or Industrial) 5+ years of supervisory experience Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, Retro, installation, and mechanical understanding Strong understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must Excellent communication skills Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
