Role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading client and team engagement for operations, serving as RRC’s resource for client-facing communications. The Operations Manager reports to the Operations Executive Director and works closely with Quality, Client Success, Med Staff, and Finance to prepare patient case data and rounding reports and execute action items resulting from client communications. In addition, this role supports the Ops Division’s ability to execute continuous improvements in operations and service delivery efficiency that result in client satisfaction and outstanding patient care. The The Operations Manager will work alongside staff and client teams to solve business and care management problems, improve performance, and execute high priority customer initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role must be passionate about driving improvements in Neurologic and Psychiatric care delivery system, effective at working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and confident in their interactions with senior leaders, providers, and business partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversight of operations-focused data gathering, analysis, report generation, meeting preparation, and assisting the Executive Director with client presentations and meetings. Liaison to Quality, Client Success, Med Staff, and Finance to sharpen routine rounding management and operational issue resolution Participate in the identification and development of practices, workflows, processes, and solutions to ensure quality services, customer satisfaction, and positive patient outcomes. With multi-stakeholder input, make recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction Identify and manage Operations Department KPIs to evaluate productivity and determine proactive course correction when needed and maximize patient capacity. Optimized Capacity with the continuous review of workflows and identify new efficiencies and KPIs. Support maintenance of routine rounding schedule and function as the primary leader of Operations in the absence of Executive Director Work collaboratively with TeleSpecialists operating teams to support performance enhancement and goal achievement for all contracted services Work with business and clinical leaders to monitor critical metrics related to Neurology and Psychiatric Emergent, EEG, routine rounding operations, clinical quality, patient and clinician experience Provide Operational support for client mock drills and new physician training to include the Simulation Lab. Act as a resource and provide leadership for the Operations staff to provide excellent client service

Education/Experience:

RN license is preferred Call center experience or transfer center/call center management experience preferred AS or combination of 5+ years’ call center experience Leadership Experience for 2+ years preferred Knowledge and experience specific to telemedicine, Neurologic & Psychiatric Emergency and follow up care, and Neurologic testing knowledge is Preferred Experience and comfort with health information technology and team management Experience and comfort with the client- and clinician-facing communications

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite Data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Domo is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Occasional prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Walking prolonged times to round with team members Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
