Job Description
Oracle Hotel PMS Project Specialist
Lead the transformation of hotel operations through the implementation of Oracle Hospitality’s OPERA system and related technologies. Drive seamless system installations, enhance guest experiences, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
5+ years in the hotel/hospitality industry with IT implementation experience
Strong knowledge of OPERA (or similar PMS), including integrations (POS, door locks, parking, etc.)
Proven success managing cross-functional projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end OPERA and related tech deployments
Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery with high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and account teams in planning and execution
Manage project timelines, resources, and administrative tasks
Attend pre-sales and kickoff meetings, ensuring seamless project alignment
