  • 95,000 An assisted living group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple senior living communities in the Atlanta metro area.

This role is ideal for an operational leader with a passion for resident care, team development, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight and daily operational support to multiple assisted living and memory care communities. Ensure communities maintain regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, and financial performance. Mentor and support Executive Directors and department heads to foster leadership growth and accountability. Analyze occupancy, staffing, expenses, and quality metrics to drive results. Support and guide communities through state surveys, investigations, and performance improvement plans. Coordinate with corporate leadership on goals, reporting, and regional strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of multi-site leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior housing. Strong knowledge of Georgia state regulations for assisted living communities. Proven ability to lead and mentor community-level leaders. Ability to travel to communities across the Atlanta metro area (mileage reimbursement provided). Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred:

Background in turnarounds, census growth, or survey preparedness. LPN, RN, or Assisted Living Administrator license (a plus but not required). Why Join Us?
