$120,000 to $135,000 DOE

Be the Best Territory Assistant Operations Director You Can Be

The Territory Assistant Operations Director will be responsible for the leadership & management of their territory. This role will be focused on delivering care to our patients, and will be accountable for patient outcomes, territory attrition, and adherence to the operating model. This position will have leadership responsibility for a team to drive critical clinical and business outcomes.
Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, Bachelor’s degree preferred
RN License preferred
3-5 years of people management and administrative experience, preferred experience in home health care or a related health care program
Experience in the business and fiscal functions preferred in a health care setting
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
