General Manager/Executive Director/Operations Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 950 Bob Arnold Boulevard, Lithia Springs, GA 30122 The Spring House at Lithia Springs, an independent senior living community seeks an experienced senior living General Manager/Executive Director/Operations Manager to lead our team. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hands-on leadership is required and experience in a similar setting is required. This position also serves as the primary sales and marketing leader of the community. Ensure the highest levels of customer service to our team members, residents, guests, vendors and professional referral sources. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, supervision of the senior living community in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable rules and regulations. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Develop a comprehensive sales plan that achieves or exceeds optimum occupancy and revenue goals. Review and approve all operating expenses, management of all accounts receivable, and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all occupancy and financial reports.
